My Story
Since medical school, I’ve been obsessed with understanding how people grow — personally, academically, and professionally. I started documenting the tools, strategies, and lessons that helped me excel at Mayo, match into ortho, and stay grounded while building a family.
That passion turned into a mission: helping future healthcare leaders level up without burning out. Whether it’s mastering your mindset, structuring your study system, or building a life that aligns with your values — I’m here to share everything I’ve learned (and still learning) along the way.
This project — Evolving Medic — began as a small effort to mentor students one-on-one. But over time, the movement grew. Thousands of students now tune into the newsletter, watch the content, or plug into our growing community to grow with intention.
